Boliviana de Aviación: An Aerial Shot of the Great Salt Flats

Initially, I was supposed to spend a few hours in La Paz on my way to Uyuni, home of the world’s largest salt flats. Instead of taking the hell bus to Uyuni that takes ten hours, I decided to pay for a one hour flight for $78 on BoA, Bolivian de Aviacion. The price can’t be beat for the convenience. The cost of admission is worth it because of the chance to see the enormity of the salt flats upon descent into Uyuni. Passengers even get a quick bite along the way.
