Le Royal Méridien Shanghai for Halloween

I am partial to Le Royal Méridien because it is located next to my old apartment building. It is also located next to Nanjing Walking Street, an overcrowded place that is worth seeing once but should otherwise be avoided. Le Royal Méridien is only a few minutes away from The Bund, The French Concession, West Nanjing Road, and all that is good in life.
