I have tried multiple times to book two passengers using the Capital One travel portal. Each time I end up at the check-out page, it only shows one passenger and does not give the option to book another. Another stupid TPOL oversight or is this an actual problem? I ended up booking one flight after another and, fortunately, both were available.
