The Etihad name was painted clearly on the side of the plane and the symbol was on the wing, as was the Swiss Airlines livery. When I got on board, the flight attendants were dressed in Etihad gear. Yet, we were flying Alitalia, the troubled Italian carrier to Sicily. It was a small ATR-72, the furthest thing from an a380. Still the familiar colors reminded me of my Apartments flight from a year ago.
This is Etihad Regional, a Swiss carrier (that is why there is a Swiss flag on it, it’s not the Swiss livery), and they are operating this flight on behalf of Alitalia, that’s why there is the logo on the head-rest.
Nothing to do with flying Swiss, but good try.
Don’t know what ‘good try’means.
