When Hilton switched its program name from H Honors to Hilton Honors, I thought I was so slick when I brought up the fact that this would mess up their customer service number. 800-HHONORS. Well, Hilton has thought of everything. It changed its new number to 800-4HONORS. Isn’t that something? Useless post, but I thought it was funny.
Now, I’m on hold trying to get my reservation at the Waldorf Chicago to reflect the right pricing. Somehow I was charged 380k for 2 nights.
You weren’t charged wrong at 320k, it’s Hilton, remember 🙂
