Why do companies feel the need to mess with a good thing? I liked Amex’s old website which let me see a quick summary of all of my accounts on a convenient side window. Now, Amex must think I am blind because it opens up a new page of my accounts with huge pictures of the credit cards and infinite scrolling down to the bottom. Who thought this was a good idea?
And that’s my complaint of the week*.
*Complaint of the week used to be complaint of the day. Had to change it because I would never get anything done because All I Do Is Complain.

I kept forgetting to write it till I logged in today
Every time I log in, I get pi$$ed.
Sometimes it goes back to the old version. Maybe I’m clicking the wrong thing
I hope someone from AMEX reads this. The new AMEX website sucks!! Please change it back to the old format!!

No sh!t! What were they thinking? Chase did similar but at least can still access their functional website with some additional links.
I only use my chase business login to avoid that disaster
