Complaint Of The Week: Amex’s ‘New’ Website


Why do companies feel the need to mess with a good thing? I liked Amex’s old website which let me see a quick summary of all of my accounts on a convenient side window. Now, Amex must think I am blind because it opens up a new page of my accounts with huge pictures of the credit cards and infinite scrolling down to the bottom. Who thought this was a good idea?

And that’s my complaint of the week*.

*Complaint of the week used to be complaint of the day. Had to change it because I would never get anything done because All I Do Is Complain.


  1. No sh!t! What were they thinking? Chase did similar but at least can still access their functional website with some additional links.
