Escape Lounge San Juan: Not Worth $895

The journey begins to the land of unknown, both in terms of adventure and in terms of this new blogging style (see Do You read? Unedited & Uninhibited). The first stop, when it is open, is the Priority Pass Lounge SJU (see ), but today I had the opportunity to visit the Escape Lounge, which is only available to Amex Platinum Card members and uninformed travelers who use premium Delta cards.

If the annual fee on my Amex Business Platinum was due today, I would not be disappointed if I lost access to this mediocre lounge. Here’s why:

Seating

6AM doors open and the queue is out the door. Inside, the tiny place is jam packed.

Food

One day I’ll see the kitchen for these lounges. I want to know who makes the eggs. Here, they were above average.

Drink

The OJ was not disgusting Tropicana. The mimosa featured knockoff bubbles. No me gusta.

Overall

It’s nice to write this Lounge Review now in this new style, knowing that my readers are waiting in eager anticipation for the awesome photos to follow*.

If you’re reading this in 2030 when it is finally published, I hope you enjoyed the full experience.
