Half the year is gone and TPOL has yet to leave the country. Moving to Puerto Rico threw off my blogging groove for the months of May and June, but I am happy to report that I’m back on track. Readership up, TPR is up (Troll Participation Rate), and so are the number of posts. Here are the best from June:
- Amex Centurion Lounge SEA: Crowded as Duck!
The first stop was the Amex Centurion Lounge at SEA. And let me tell you, that place is a zoo. - ‘Please Wait A Minute’: Why Iberia Should Honor Its Offer
Well, I’ve never been to Seville, but I kinda like the music. Accordingly, I booked 10 flights for $33 each from MAD to SVQ. If things go according to plan, I will have 90k Iberia Avios that I must use before December 1, 2018 when they expire. - Kim Jong Un Beats TPOL to Marina Bay Sands
The summit should be held at Orchard Towers. - 30 Minute Connection? How Fast Should You Walk?

If you’re a hungry criminal and you happen to be in Deer Lodge, Montana, stop by Prison Pizza. - Maxwell NYC: A Du, Du, Dump!
Look at this antiquated room. This may be the first HD TV made. - Tax Free Expat in Puerto Rico: Getting a P.O. Box
There are many things I had to do to transition my business from the hustle and bustle of NY to the laid back island life of PR.
The Alaska lounge at SEA was very nice and we accessed it as a family of 4 with one Priority Pass Select card (from the Chase CSR card). Decent food and beverages, nice bar, and great views of departing and arriving planes. Could be a replacement for the AMEX Centurion Lounge.
I love the upstairs lounge. Blood mary and salad.
